Hello BPA members! I thought this blog might be another way for us to communicate with each other and to maybe offer up some helpful hints. I would ask that if any of you add a comment to this blog that you please keep it appropriate. This is an extension of our classroom, okay?
Cool! So what do you think?

Hey Josh. Good to hear from you ~ I hope other alum stop by the blog! Do you have any advice for our students as they head off in March to the state competition? Remember what it was like the first time?
Hope the family is doing well.
Not a bad idea. I miss BPA, and it's cool to see what you're all up to, though I certainly wouldn't trade in my college experience for it ;)
well good luck to all first time competitors this year.. its quite an experience. I remember going into my competition being so nervous even though everyone around me told me I had nothing to be nervous about. And you know what? its true. Just go in there relaxed and confident with whatever you are competing for.
By staying calm and collected you leave the room after your judging feeling relieved! you get the biggest rush of joy you could imagine.. its a great feeling!
If i can do it you can too! I made it to nationals both of my two years while involved with BPA.
where is the State Comp this year? maybe I could stop by! it would be fun!
Hello everyone,
great to see BPA is still doing well at BP. BPA is a great experience, especially if you are looking to go on to college. Josh N. is right, just work hard and you guys should be fine. Mrs. Sylvia is a great teacher and she'll do all that she can to make sure that everyone is prepared for States. Well, good luck everyone!!
this is a really cool idea..lol
whoa. talk about a blast from the past.
bpa brings you together as a class. during states everyone seems to bond and become really close. it's fun and it creates a bond between everyone that stays with you throughout high school.
I like this idea.
Good luck to everyone this year!
Hey Mrs. S., if you ever need some help with charities and whatnot, I would love to hear from you. You have my e-mail, and I've got one of those heart's of gold :)
I couldn't say it any better than sarah. I made friends with people i never knew before bpa. bpa is really the coolest club, ever.
Hey this is a great idea. I miss BPA and all my friends. Hope everyone is having a great break/school year!
