HEYY! i was just wondering when torch awards are due. theres a few things i could get done in the next week or so but i dont know when they're due.
Good question Fabs! Torch awards will be due probably about two weeks before states. So let's give it a "soft" due date of the end of February.
Don't procrastinate. Cause then when it comes down to the deadline, you're going to be rushing and it won't come out as well as you want or need it to. When you rush at the last minute, if your working with a group, you're just going to get mad and aggrivated with each other. You don't have to have it all done today, but work on it slowly, a little bit at a time. It just makes your life less hectic. I say this from experience... After a year and a half at Northeastern University, and having been to Nationals twice, this is the way I should have done it.
As far as Global Marketing goes, the key to doing well is the research you do before actually starting the project. What does the product name mean in Japanese? Is there already a product on the market with the same name? Is there a similar product that the FDA banned because it causes a rare form of fingernail cancer? Are there any cultures that would reject your product's use? Etc.
